Dear Media Outlet,
Thank you for your interest in the 2008 Taste of Atlanta. Below you will find pertinent details about this year's event and our credentialing process. Media credentials will be available to editorial staff employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, television) or online outlets. Freelance writers and photographers must be on assignment with an outlet and have the editor of the particular publication submit on their behalf and state that said writer is on assignment for the outlet. Each print outlet will be allowed to credential 2 writers and 1 photographer. Each radio outlet will be allowed to credential no more than 2 working staff. TV will be looked at on a case by case basis depending on coverage-live coverage, local news, etc. All photographers, radio and TV must sign a release form at the event when picking up credentials. All granted a photo or video pass must agree to abide by event policies. Unfortunately our deadline to request media credentials online has passed. If you are interested in covering Taste of Atlanta for your broadcast or publication please go to the Taste of Atlanta Media tent, on-site in front of Geisha House at Atlantic Station between 11am and 5pm Saturday Oct. 11 or Sunday Oct. 12. To be credentialed on site, you must have a copy of your media credentials, an official business card, photo identification and specific information on when you will print or air coverage of the festival. If you are interested in interviewing one of the personalities at this year's event, please be aware that their schedules are extremely full and we will try our best to coordinate interviews, but there are no guarantees. Please note: The number of media credentials is limited and requests will be reviewed on a first come basis. 360 Media and Taste of Atlanta reserve the right to determine if a request is or is not eligible to receive media credentials.
